Chef Borislav Ralchev, like each of us, loves really good food and can create sophisticated versions of any dish. He started his career in 2007 and over the years has been part of the teams of some of the best restaurants in the country.
Chef Ralchev's interest in modern international cuisine and the constant improvement of his skills prompt him to take the next step in his professional path and, together with us, Furisto to create Furisto Fine Food - gourmet meals in a box, with balanced taste qualities!

The Furisto team has more than 10 years of experience in preparing wholesome food with selected and quality products for the smallest, our children! We believe that every person deserves the best food, the one that unlocks a set of pleasant sensations and that makes us happy with our senses!
That's why with Furisto Fine Foods we want to enable more people, families, busy in their daily lives to eat quality, real and delicious food. And to make sure that this is the case, our Stanford-certified nutritionist Margarita Radulova, together with Chef Borislav Ralchev, created recipes for our incredibly delicious dishes and salads!
We have carefully selected our partners to ensure that we choose only quality products. We use a combination of organic and fresh produce from trusted producers to make an affordable menu. We use organic dairy products, organic pulses and flours, seasonal organic fruits and vegetables.
